Officers conducted a search and said they discovered “half of an orange, oval pill stamped with the number 3 – believed to be a Schedule II amphetamine – along with a black plastic container holding three hand-rolled cigarettes suspected to contain cannabis.”
Online jail records indicate that Doherty was no longer at the correctional facility as of Saturday, suggesting he was released pending further legal action. Details surrounding bond conditions or court dates were not immediately available.
